Coastal Waste & Recycling is a locally owned and operated waste management and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity!
We are currently adding an Accounts Receivable Specialist to the team to help support the growth. The AR Specialist will process receivables and incoming payments, review and invoice services rendered, reconcile customer accounts, investigate billing discrepancies, and make corrective adjustments if needed. This role is also responsible for taking customer payments over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have basic excel skills (basic formulas and formatting), excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. Core hours are Monday through Friday. OT is available. Competitive pay and benefits. We offer a friendly work environment with potential for advancement.
