Our client is looking for a highly professional Administrative Assistant to support the Wealth Management team. You will be the kind of person who thrives in a high energy environment.
Coordinate with management to effectively perform administrative duties.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Maintaining databases, and keeping records updated.
Work alongside other departments, answer calls, and schedule
travel arrangements.
Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar.
Preparing and coordinate scheduled events.
Manage mail and courier services.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelors or Associate Degree (Preferred)
2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executives.
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
