We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized and friendly Administrative Assistant to support and answer the needs of our executive staff. The ideal candidate for this position will be interested in learning about administrative and business related procedures, programs and policies. The successful Administrative Assistant will also be dedicated to ensuring that all deadlines are met with a positive attitude and high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:

Work with co-workers to produce social and community offerings.
Coordinate office functions.
Coordinate information and workflow for others.
Manage multiple projects and tasks.
Assist the public with inquiries, requests, complaints and other issues.
