WHAT DOES A TIRE TECHNICIAN DO?
Complete 109 point vehicle inspection for used cars;
Change vehicle oil and servicing oil, air and cabin air filters;
Performs equipment inspections;
Rotate tires and check, Steering Suspension and Brake System components
Communicate effectively with management;
Build positive relationships with employees and customers;
Other duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
Current ASE Certifications
Self-directed with a high level of energy
Interested in accuracy and doing what is right
Be a team player, hardworking, and honest
Be on time to work and reliable
Basic computer and math skills, tech-savvy with a smartphone
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and be 18 years of age
Must be comfortable with working outside in occasionally hot, cold, or dirty conditions
Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50lbs)
Must provide your own tools, but we will provide relocation assistance
Nice to Haves:
Customer service experience
Master ASE Certified
Fleet experience (rental cars, trucks, etc)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes. Must be able to work inextreme conditions such as hot and cold weather.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
