Description :

ARISE Autism Center is adding a new team to our Sanford clinic!
ARISE Autism Center is comprised of a group of passionate professionals dedicated to serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and behavior problems. Arise Autism Center provides home and center-based early intensive behavioral intervention for young children (0-6 years) with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Each ARISE Autism Center clinic has its own on-site Clinical Director, BCBA supervisors, RBTs, and administrative support staff. Together, we aim to make a substantial difference by improving the lives of children and their families that we serve.

Your Role:
As a BCBA you will provide family-centered ABA services to clients in our Sanford clinic.
Your primary responsibilities will be conducting assessments, writing and implementing behavior plans, data collection, and training / supervising RBTs. Contact us today if you would enjoy working with an ethical team that recognizes your talent, value, and passion!

Working directly with children with autism using ABA/VB approach
Supervising staff implementing ABA programs
Conducting ABA assessments
Developing ABA acquisition programs
Training for caregivers and staff
Working with support team on authorizations and re-authorizations for insurance clients
Monitoring supervisees programs, data collection and updates

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field of study
Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB
Outstanding Interpersonal skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under high-stress situations
Exhibits significant reliable habits, including timeliness & organizational skills
Proven experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children
