Seeking an energetic self-motivated individual
Program requirements- QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Office-Excel & Outlook
Customer service representative to our clients. Receive their purchase orders; enter the orders into QuickBooks creating sales orders then export to excel to create the pull sheets for the warehouse. Confirm orders with the customers letting them know any discrepancies, out of stocks, etc.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, work well under crunch time, good communication skills along with good time management skills. Must have good prior references, punctual, no attendance issues.
There is room for growth. Pay is negotiable based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
