position : Dealership Administrator
We are looking for a qualified Dealership Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Supports all the invoicing, tag and title processes.
Inventory Management Support, checking in truck inventory.
Maintains proper filing requirements electronically or manually.
Works closely to support the F&I Department
Coordinates liaison between the sales department and other departments in the dealership.
Support walk in customer business, greet and support Sales Staff and Management.
Must have great customer service skills
Overtime can be required during the month end close.
Education and/or Experience
Dealership experience is required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excel and Adobe Proficient
Dealer CDK system is a plus
