The ideal Appointment Coordinator can find the balance between a full, productive schedule and a calm day that allows the clinical team to consistently deliver exceptional care day after day. With no sales pressure, the our model is all about building rapport with the patient and helping them achieve optimal dental health.
We are looking for a new, full-time team member who can provide a comforting presence to our patient family. This is a well run team that prioritizes creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere for ourselves and for our patients.
Primary responsibilities include:
patient check-in & check-out
strategically scheduling appointments
reliably processing insurance claims
welcoming our new patients
There is opportunity for pay increase and promotion for an individual who can demonstrate mastery of the position and accept additional responsibilities.

Schedule is M-Th 7:30am-5:30pm.
Daily morning meetings to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Must have experience with Dentrix, some clinical experience is preferred.
