Description :

SUPERVISION AND OPERATIONS
· Supervise teller line and drive-thru operations; Ensure tellers are in compliance with State and Federal regulations (such as Bank Secrecy Act) and security procedures as directed by written policies and procedures
· Provide support to other tellers; overrides, verifications, audits, open/close, etc
· Maintain adequate cash controls and consignment items with appropriate G/L accounts
· Ensure tellers and vault logs are completed and maintained properly and within required deadlines, including vault, cashier’s check, temporary checks, ATM and Night Depository logs (if applicable)
· Ensure CTRs are completed accurately and on time
· Inform staff of operational changes and new procedures; Adhere to all bank security procedures and emergency preparedness procedures; Ensure teller work is prepared for courier pick up on a timely basis
· Conduct monthly surprise counts of tellers’ cash and consignment items
· Process customer transactions with efficiency and accuracy on a timely manner; keep teller stations universal
· Process documentation required by each type of transaction & collect all applicable bank fees.
· Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances
· Receive /deliver / process loan payments
· Balance cash drawer daily, and Balance / service the ATM daily as required
· Process counterfeit currency forfeited from customers accurately and on a timely manner
· Participate in job related trainings as required; Adhere to the BSA/AML and OFAC policies and procedures; Attend required BSA/AML & OFAC training courses.
· Participate on staff performance evaluations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
· Service customers with consistent, and professional behavior as per established quality customer service standards, ensuring customers feel valued and important during each contact
· Support supervisors and co-workers and perform special assignments when required
· Manage customer calls to the Branch and give accurate and detailed information to bank clients
· Contact customers to notify them that check orders and/or debit cards are ready for pick up at the bank
· Enter wire transfers in Fedlink & Conduct customer call backs as required
· Follow procedures to protect confidentiality of customer and ENB information
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
· Identify cross-selling opportunities and make appropriate referrals to meet branch goals; Track referrals made
· Learn all the bank products and services, and how to use the schedule of fees
· Ensure Tellers are able to identify customer needs, master current product features, and cross-sell appropriately
