Description :
Your Virtual Adjuster is a program within Bulldog Adjusters, a nationwide public adjusting firm, that assists roofers and contractors with their clients’ insurance claims. We have an opening for a Sales Rockstar in our in-house sales team. In this role, you will contact roofers and contractors to explain our services and get them onboarded into our platform. You will develop relationships and rapport with these contractors so that they continue to send us clients. We provide leads from marketing efforts to our in-house sales team and we currently have TOO MANY leads!
This is a salary plus commision position. Commissions are paid on every claim your roofers and contractors submit to us. This is a high earning potential for a candidate with the right attitude, ambition and personality.
Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls to new leads to sell our services or continue to build rapport with contractors.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our services, incentives and business to leads.
Build and maintain relationships with leads to keep a steady influx of new claims.
Manage leads in KEAP with lead information, updates and statuses.
Send the “meet the team” email containing next steps in the claims process after the onboarding.
Update company info, create users and manage submitted claims via the YVA dashboard.
Follow up with both contractors and clients regarding any unsigned LORs or claims missing prominent information.
Contact roofers as directed for new files they submit that do not meet our intake standards or to request additional information for final review.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals of outbound calls, onboarded contractors and new viable claims.
Provide a daily summary regarding positive and potential negative conversations to the manager.
Requirements:
Professional Verbal and Written English
Experience in Account or relationship management or sales
Strong Customer service skills
Able to Take Training and Direction
Communicates effectively and appropriately
Must commute to our Plantation Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,568.00 – $100,000.00 per year
