We stock a wide range of products such as tile flooring and backsplash mosaics to match with a brand new or an existing countertop. We also offer commercial grade sealers and cleaners to help protect your stone from everyday elements and wear.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of effective Supply Chain and Logistics operations.

Receives, sorts, and records incoming shipments
Identifies and locates items requested for shipment.
Addresses internal and external customer distribution and shipping inquiries.
Records and files transportation documentation accurately and timely. Enters data into computer logs and databases.
Tracks shipments through delivery and provides updates regarding shipment.
Coordinates loading and dispatch of efficient product flow.
Coordinates the scheduled arrival of all shipment to level the overflow for the distribution center’s receiving operations.

2. Assumes responsibility for preparing and maintaining logistics records and reports.

Prepares and submits invoice and paperwork for billing.
Manages distribution and operations budgets (e.g., domestic and foreign freight rates, customs brokerage fees)
Assumes responsibility for ensuring professional business relations with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and external contacts.
Maintain productive business relations with vendors, suppliers, and shippers.
Communicate with internal and external customers.
Obtains and conveys information as appropriate.
Promotes goodwill and a positive image of the company.
Monthly inventory reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
Required Knowledge: Initiative and resourcefulness in identifying problems and taking action to resolve. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Plan, organize and execute, with attention to detail. Creativity and idea generation: challenge all associates to never be content with the status quo. Analytical and decision-making: quantify decisions whenever possible and relate to the company’s financial goals. Adaptability and flexibility: set priorities and adjust, as necessary, without disruption to the main course. PC literate in MS Office and POS system
Experience Required: 3+ years’ experience in logistics and shipping
Skills/abilities: Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communications abilities. Ability to use all related computer applications.
