Dynamic Staffing Solutions has immediate positions for Machine Operators. Located in Oldsmar, FL. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity.
Schedule:
1st shift and 2nd shift
$16.00/hr – $16.50/hr
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities: The Grinder machine operator is responsible for the safe operation of an automatic grinding machine, while performing quality checks, and package finished goods in an efficient manner.
Specific Job Function:
Load, cycle, and process parts through grinder
Inspect parts for defects.
Effectively communicate all defects and issues to the department lead
Packaging of finished goods.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Machine Operating experience preferred.
Forklift experience a plus.
Must be available to work overtime as required.
Ability to achieve optimal levels of performance with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow technical work instructions and standard operating procedures in English.
Physical Demands:
All work performed standing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Monday-Friday7:00am-3:00pm$16.00-$16.50 Depending on Shift
