The maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for our facility, resident rooms and surrounding property. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and hands on experience of maintenance procedures and equipment to include plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and cooling and other building systems. Must be good at problem solving, and a willingness to learn, work well with other team members and have good organizational and communication skills. Management is willing to train the right person and offer tuition reimbursement for training. Opportunity for advancement.
