Colorvision International is a creator of innovative, state-of-the-art photographic and image capturing systems featured at theme parks and attractions worldwide including Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Manager of Licensee Operations to join our talented and innovative team members at our Corporate Office in Orlando.
This role requires organization and customer service skills while acting as a liaison between Colorvision International and the partner’s leadership team(s). Communication will involve ongoing consultation for Colorvision system and photo sales training. Personnel must maintain a positive relationship with all tiers of management with the partners. Acting as a liaison will involve communication with internal Colorvision International departments to ensure that all parties understand the needs that are required. This position is the face of Colorvision International to partners and as such, will ensure they are representing the company per the company standards. This role may need to facilitate a meeting between all parties in person or on a virtual platform. This role requires management level knowledge of the Colorvision system and software.
Traveling to a location will be necessary to build relations and better understand the partner’s environment. Traveling may include driving or flying for long periods of time. Must have a valid passport for international travel. This role is responsible for coordinating any travel and will submit all travel to their direct supervisor for approval.
Additional role requirements involve testing new system installations to ensure that all systems are functioning as intended. There will be instances when training material may need to be created and then submitted for approval. This role will assist their supervisor in new project planning involving special events, new installations, or system service and maintenance.
Responsible for planning and coordinating with partners a photo capture system during specified events during the year. Assistance with planning new photo system installations for all partners. Installations may be domestic or international. Required to work with the Licensee Team and communicate with peers to ensure that deadlines are being met in a timely manner.
Environmental Demands: Office work will be in a temperature-controlled environment. Site visits will be in both outdoor and indoor environments, with varied weather conditions, temperatures and air quality.
Physical Requirements: This job generally requires standing for long periods of time, reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, lifting items of up to 50 pounds with assistance, manual dexterity, and ability to project voice over a crowd
Qualifications:
Education: High school/trade school diploma or equivalent minimum; post-high school education preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience with Colorvision or equivalent experience
Certification/Licensure: Current and valid driver’s license from the state of residence
Other requirements: Able to work flexible hours as needed, able to provide own transportation to fulfill requirements of the job; able to travel on very short notice, successfully passing a background check or possible drug testing. Training material may need to be taught in a classroom setting which may involve speaking in front of large crowds. in a meeting or training session. An intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Office is necessary including but not limited to; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.
