Description :
Rembrandt Glass and it’s parent company are a leading distributor for CBD and other Hemp related items. This is an ever-growing, ever-changing field, and we need the best strategic minds to ensure that our marketing adapts!
In this role, you will be responsible for generating marketing ideas and following them through from conception to execution and beyond. In addition, you will be responsible for developing both physical and digital marketing concepts to introduce our products to new markets and clients. Additionally, you will assist with researching and coordinating trade shows for our sales team to attend.
Responsibilities:
Develop a marketing strategy, and communicate it to all other managers within the company
Create physical medium documents for use and distribution at trade shows
Research and find new revenue streams and develop the marketing strategy to introduce us into those markets
Assist in researching, booking, and coordinating trade show attendance for our brands
Build a marketing team as needed
Follow up on plans that have been implemented to track success and improve for future campaigns
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing and email efforts accordingly
Other duties as required
Requirements:
At least 5 years of marketing experience
At least 2 years experience of management in a marketing group
Capable of designing dynamic print materials, either following instructions to specifications or developing from broader ideas
Experience in Adobe suite a plus
Must be able to work in-office during core business hours, Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
