We are hiring an Office Manager. The ideal candidate brings with them:
2-5+ years as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Spanish
Experience using Excel, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks programs
Strong work ethic with propensity toward taking initiative.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting Managing Partners in various facets of operations, assist in meetings and preparing reports for management.
Creating presentations and other materials as needed for meetings.
Coordinating and managing project tasks to be sure they are completed timely and meet deadlines.
Payroll processing through firm’s payroll provider
Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, with one-hour lunch
