USA Structural is currently looking for an Office Manager Assistant, preferably with construction experience. This is a full time position, Monday – Friday & we offer full benefits.
We are a Structural Steel Fabrication company, with our headquarters located in Sarasota, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate!!
Job Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Manage office operations alongside the Office Manager
Assist with material procurement
Managing company calendar
Contacting vendors to obtain quotes for materials
Entering received material into our inventory program
Handling incoming calls and other communications
Greeting clients & visitors
Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills – both written & verbal, be able to work independently as well as with a team. Computer skills (Word & Excel).
