Office Manager

We design, manufacture, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, wall beds, pantries, and much more. We have an extensive product line and are supported by excellent customer service.

The Office Administrator will be assisting in the administrative responsibilities within the company. This includes managing the process flow from start to finish. The Office Administrator is key to how our clients view services from conversion to final collection and payment for services rendered. Interactions with all members of Team is required to create communications with the client.
Required
· High School Diploma/GED
· Valid Driver’s License
· Customer service skills
· Leadership skills with goal orientation
· Negotiation skills
· Written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
· Multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills
· Work independently to company/departmental objectives
· MS Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
· QuickBooks, ACT CRM Software and Cad software (Cabinet Vision)
Plus not a must
Description

All administrative responsibilities including answering phone, and lead conversion
Job folder Management and paperwork flow. This includes electronic and hard copy paperwork through office
Accounting
Purchasing, Special Orders, Vendor Management, Receiving and Inventory
Showroom Customer Service
Due to the sensitive and private information that the Office Administrator will be exposed to, confidentiality is required
Help coordinate and attend company meetings as required
Communicating with staff on a regular basis in regard to new procedures, policies and expectations
Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed
