We are a Water Restoration Company, and our office is looking for an organized Office administrative assistant/scheduling coordinator
Scheduling coordinator Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas.
Confirming appointments and arranging jobs with Clients, Insurance Company and any third party vendors.
Sending out reminders of scheduled jobs.
Managing, Confirming Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timeous manner.
Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
Performing other administrative tasks such as emails, mail, answering phone calls, etc.
Speaking to Technicians, Clients, Vendors, Third Parties, etc.
Have company phone on weekends

2 Year Experience in Office Setting
2 year Experience in Scheduling

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
