We are seeking new people to join our team! We need an experienced administrative assistant to work alongside an Onsite Community Association Manager for a high-rise condominium on Longboat Key.
The Assistant has daily work assignments which may include: answering high volume of phones, maintaining direct communication with Board members and home owners, processing Rental, Sales, and Architectural Change applications, drafting and processing community correspondence such as newsletters or project announcements.
At least three (3) years experience with administrative skills
At least three (3) years experience with customer service skills for high-demanding clients.
Proficient computer knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment;
Ability to manage changing directions when an emergency arises;
Ability to redirect or stay focused when interrupted;
Excellent oral communication skills, including phone skills;
Excellent written communication skills, including proofreading;
Be pleasant and a team player;
Prior job experience in the field of condos and HOAs Management extremely beneficial.
This is a full time position, Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 4:30PM). Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE).
