Zak The Baker is a local, artisanal bakery specializing in sourdough bread and traditional pastries. At 295 NW 26 St in Wynwood, everything is made on site, from scratch. The bakery has achieved steady and rapid growth thanks to its craftsmanship and high quality standards that have nurtured a strong reputation in the food and beverage community. Our wholesale operations supply fresh bread and pastry to hotels, restaurants and retail locations in South Florida, including Whole Foods Market.
We are currently seeking a hard working, detail oriented Overnight Packer (10PM to 5AM) to join our growing team.
The Overnight Packer is responsible for accurately packaging our bread and pastries, and preparing them for delivery.
The ideal candidate is / has:
-Punctual
-Reliable
-The capacity to work quickly, accurately, and well organized
-The capacity to perform while working unsupervised
-The capacity to troubleshoot and solve problems as they happen
-Basic math skills
-The ability to lift up to 50lbs
-The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
-The ability to climb a ladder
