Position: Program Manager of Safe and Healthy Homes (Orlando)

Repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives.
Overview of position
The Program Manager of Safe and Healthy Homes reports to the Director of Operations and serves as member of the organization’s management team. The Prgram manager will ensure program growth and compliance of all funding sources. The Program Manager will manage and report on the Safe and Healthy Homes programs daily compliance and overall success. The Program Manager will ensure all deliverables are met in accordance with grant implementation and contract requirements.
Partnership and Resource Development
Assist in developmentof guidelines, standards, and procedures for Safe and Healthy Homes programs.
Develop and maintain appropriate tracking of clients and completion of required programmatic standards.
Develop relationships with nonprofit organizations, community funders, committees, coalitions, and others to increase program visibility, referrals and possible funding.
Cultivate outreach opportunities to increase client referrals/applications.
Cultivate client relationships
Strategic Operational Planning
Attends all relevant meetings with Stakeholders in regards to Safe and Healthy Homes programs.
Ensures timely and accurate reporting of current programmatic needs, and progress.
Prepares any needed compliance reporting to include audits, related grant meetings etc.
Complete end of year reports to include metrics and any related outcomes, impact, and performance.
Ensures a deep understanding of how RTTB supports its mission and communities.
Management and Supervision
Collaborates with the Director of Operations and Director of Safe and Healthy Homes to coordinate new opportunities.
Assists with identifying clients
Completes intake and coordinates client services
Understand grant and contract compliance.
Works with Rehab Manager to Coordinate services for rehab to include SOW and implementation of projects
Assists with home assessments
Assists with onboarding Sub contractors and volunteers.
Maintains sub contractor agreements and documents.
Documents, communicates, and maintains departmental policies and best practices.
Maintains client records online via Salesforce or in paper form when necessary.
Assists with the development of education and support of clients.
Communicates with clients to address their needs and provides support.
Provides oversight of outcomes within the Safe and Healthy homes programs.
Assists with research, analysis and accountability related to Safe and Healthy Homes.
Outreach and Advancement
Support and identify , engagement and development of strategic partnerships.
Analyzes and track key metrics to identify trends and needs
Promotes RTTB initiatives to new audiences, partners, and supporters.
Assists with creation of marketing content when appropriate.
Stewards the RTTB brand;.
Qualifications:
Passion for Rebuilding Togethers mission and commitment to racial, economic, environmental health, and social justice.
Must be mission-driven with a strong interest in improving social good.
Proven ability to lead and manage programs.
Demonstrated success in meeting annual operational goals.
Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the strong ability to successfully multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship follow-through.
Successful track record partnering with local municipal and related agencies to craft, create and deliver successful outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree required MA a plus.
