Maintenance Coordinator
We are a West Palm Beach based residential property manager servicing Palm Beach and Broward counties. We are looking for a trustworthy maintenance coordinator to take charge of our work order platform. The maintenance coordinator’s responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance, communicating with service providers, owners, and tenants, performing regular inspections of properties, and diagnosing and quoting repairs. Organizes and schedules maintenance contractors to perform the various duties required to keep maintenance operations running smoothly. They will also have to hire service providers (electricians, plumbers, HVAC professionals, etc) as well as schedule and manage their work orders.
To be successful as a maintenance coordinator, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be able to think on your feet.
Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:
Delegating maintenance tasks and finding relevant vendors and service providers
Developing maintenance plans and implementing them
Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
Manages submitted work orders and communicates with tenants and internal departments
Supports supervisors and property managers
Maintenance Coordinator Requirements:
High school diploma.
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Communicates clearly and often with contractors, tenants, owners, maintenance staff, and executives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
