You will be responsible for the overall success of an apartment community. Your responsibilities will include: maintaining occupancy and budget, providing outstanding customer service to residents and guests, and overseeing the Leasing team and Service Supervisor. Our ideal candidate should be business minded; goal oriented, and leads by example.
To be considered for this role you will need at least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager, have an excellent sense of time management and be self-motivated by the success of others.
