Responsibilities and duties
Responsible for receiving, properly dating and rotating, and storing products in designated storage areas according to FIFO practices. Responsible for delivering various products to various departments on continuous basis, or according to a delivery schedule, or by requisitions/kit. Decant products following FIFO practices, accurately record liquor/beer/wine usage on daily liquor decanting log, handle food according to HACCP Guidelines. Must keep work area/department clean and organized. Breaks down cardboard and follows the recycling process. Must work safely following safety guidelines.
Receive, date, stamp, allergen label, FIFO and stock all deliveries upon arrival
FIFO all product as it is stocked
Clean up loose cardboard, debris, sweep and mop floor; clean all racks
Understand all Materials paperwork for Food items and build requisitions
Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occuring simultaneously
Require manual dexterity to use and operate all equipment
Must be able to work up to 8 hours at a temperature of degrees with protective clothing
Must be able to operate power industrial equipment and successfully pass all random drug screens
