This position is to answer phones, coordinate technicians’ schedules with the needs of new and existing customers while being a liaison between customers, technicians, and management.
Responsibilities and Requirements:*

Processes new sales leads as necessary; voicemail, incoming calls, emails, into CRM
Answers phone calls from ALL customers and deals with problems as they arise
Takes customer information and puts it into CRM. Double check that you are not duplicating an existing card
Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied
Makes sure that all salespersons are not forgetting to follow up with potential/existing customers
Meets with other departments to make sure that salespeople are doing their job correctly. Meetings should be scheduled in advance so as not to disrupt workflow
Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
Arranges appointments with clients and all salespersons to ensure all leads are being booked. Access to all sales team calendars is preferred
Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Updates all contact information for clients as necessary
Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary. You should always read the notes and see if you are able to answer a simple question, before passing the client on to someone else
Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents as needed
Notate all encounters with customers on CRM
