Job Description
We’re partnering with a Fortune 50 global technology company to strategize and change-manage multiple strategic initiatives that impact tens of thousands of employees and partners globally. As an Organizational Change Manager, you’ll drive change management strategy in alignment with initiative owners in the client organization, their stakeholders and sponsors. You will ensure that landing plan components are effectively executed by providing quality assurance and thought leadership. Additionally, you will support the formulation and execution of recurring change landing reviews to determine how effectively initiatives are progressing within key markets.

About you
You have a demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of programs, projects, or strategic initiatives end to end
You have a proven track record of developing relationships and engaging with executive-level clients and stakeholder
You are a structured, strategic thinker with the ability to tackle complex business strategy, process, and change management challenges
You’re empathetic, communicative, and collaborative
You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem
You are successful driving change and project results despite fluctuating requirements
You are motivated and feel compelled to deliver–whether it be on deadlines, promises, or results
You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients
Qualifications
2+ years experience (vendor or FTE) at Microsoft or its subsidiaries
3+ years of consulting experience, preferably at a large, leading consulting company
2+ years of experience as a leader in project or program management, organizational change management, governance, or a similar role
Prosci certified or experience utilizing the methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft products
Undergraduate degree in technology or business preferred
