Job Description
This is a hybrid role requiring 2+ days per week of onsite work.
In a nutshell
Logic20/20 is seeking an HR Coordinator with a solid foundation in the nuts and bolts of HR service delivery. Our HR department is well respected across the organization and is recognized as an approachable, thoughtful, customer-centric team providing insight and guidance to colleagues at every level in the company. This role provides support for the HR team and service to the employees of this fast-growing, six-time “Best Place to Work” consulting organization. Specific responsibilities include maintaining data in all our management systems, ensuring that files are all up-to-date, leading the team’s responses to employee inquiries, coordinating the onboarding process, open enrollment meetings, and the like.

What you’ll be doing
Support the day-to-day HR activities including but not limited to data changes, hires, terminations, verifications of employment, benefit changes etc.
Provide onboarding support to include scheduling new hire orientation, review/process new hire documents, send welcome email, benefits information, process background checks, I-9 verification and conduct orientation sessions as needed
Monitor and respond to employee inquiries within the general HR mailbox; escalate as appropriate
Maintain employee paper/electronic files and ensure data accuracy within our systems, i.e., Paylocity, Traliant, etc. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records and information
Coordinate the administration of health and welfare benefit programs, the Company’s retirement plan, employee perks, training, etc. Communicate benefits information to employees, carriers, vendors, and government entities as required
Coordinate employee information sessions for HR- and benefits-related topics
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive and effective new employee onboarding experience
Participate in the preparation of documentation for annual review cycle activities
Proactively review processes and identify areas of opportunities for improvements in the employee experience.
Assist HR People Team with various projects and initiatives
Your first 6 months’ expectations:
Onboarding and training, get familiar with our company values, our systems, our processes, and our team members
Build relationships by interacting with our team members, key stakeholders, and leadership team
Build trust and credibility among our employees at all levels within our organization
Be proficient in our systems, and our processes, and confidently handle the day-to-day functions of your role with minimum supervision
Identify areas of improvement and provide innovative solutions to enhance our internal processes and employee experience
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role, preferably in a geographically dispersed environment
Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
Comfort in a sometimes ambiguous (but always dynamic) environment
Self-direction tempered by a strong team orientation
