The Server is an integral part the team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Server you are responsible for a full range of duties in an interdisciplinary environment.
Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc.
Promptly responds to questions or concerns of residents, notifying immediate supervisor as required.
Assist with meal prep, plating and service
Cleaning and sanitation of kitchen
Proper food storage
Functions as an effective member of the team by completing assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
Effectively collaborates with other team members to create and maintain an atmosphere that is warm and positive throughout the facility.
Job Requirements
Experience in an Assisted facility is a plus.
Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards is preferred
Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check in accordance with state and federal regulations.
