***PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE***
1ST SHIFT HOURS 7:00 AM TO 3:30 PM AND OVERTIME AS NEEDED INCLUDING SATURDAYS
EXPERIENCE:
2 – 5 YEARS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ship completed parts to customers and vendors to specification and receive supplies, contracted product, etc. Control overstock inventory.
Ship and receive jobs for outside services.
Pack completed jobs for shipping.
Ship completed jobs according to customer specifications and/or by most appropriate means. Prioritize jobs when necessary.
Ensure the accuracy of all items packed and shipped.
Comply with all Company policies.
Notify supervisor (or lead person) immediately of problems, concerns or questions you may have.
Keep work area clean and free of hazards.
Follow special job instructions as communicated by supervisor or lead and as on job card.
Complete bill of ladings and contact freight companies for pick up.
Enter all information into computer including UPS and FedEx online.
Responsible for finished goods inventory.
Hardware: receive, issue and control inventory per job specifications.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead person.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Able to read/write English for interpreting job cards, prints and completing paperwork
Forklift certification
Basic shop math skills
Computer literat
2 – 5 years shipping and receiving experience
Able and willing to perform repetitive tasks (packing parts)
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on routine basis
Must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Safety and quality minded
Self motivated; takes initiative
