Position SummaryThe Special Order Liaison (SPO Liaison) will be counted on to drive and support the customer experience and have ownership of the entire post-purchase special order process.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Special order liaison between the stores, our vendors, and our customers

Tasked with knowing, understanding, and providing all communications regarding updates on all special orders.

Partners with the Store & Customer Care Center teams on a regular basis.

Develops a strategic plan to handle any potential issues (backorders, product delays, equipment changes) in partnership with store leadership.

Oversee the complete post-purchase special order process including interacting with vendors, PGA TOUR Superstore Associates, and customers on a regular basis.

Execute the Special-Order Process as outlined in “SOP- Store Order Management Process”

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience

GED or equivalent

Retail experience, highly preferred.

2+ years customer order management experience, highly preferred.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Candidates must possess good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate cross-functionally.

Proven track record of identifying opportunities and solutions to increase sales and improve operational processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and the Internet. Experience with Service Now, ITSM/CSM, SAP, Kibo OMS, Cybersource, a plus

Ability to multiple priorities to ensure that resources are properly allocated to meet objectives. They must have strong organizational and intuitive skills to make sound decisions without direct supervision.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday – Sunday, nights and weekends
