As a SHIFT LEADER, you support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems. You encourage, guide, teach and inspire others to get from where they are to where they want to be.
As an ASSISTANT MANAGER, you support the RGM by managing great shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards. You assist the RGM with facility maintenance, finding/hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads, and making sure health and safety standards are met.
Starting pay:
Cross-trained Team Members with open availability earn up to $16.50/hr.; and up to $17.50/hr. for every hour worked after 10pm.
Experienced Shift Leaders with open availability earn up to $18.50/hr.; and up to $19.50/hr. for every hour worked after 10pm.
Assistant Managers may earn up to $21.00/hr.; and up to $22.00/hr. for every hour worked after 10pm.
