JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor – Client Services provides leadership and direction for the Client Services Team, emphasizing world class service to agents, insureds, and other internal and external clients. Responsible for managing call volume or transactional activity ensuring that work is handled in a timely and accurate manner. Professionally projects the company’s image through words, actions, and appearance.
_ This position requires location in Florida._
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the Client Services Call Center or Processing team and leads team meetings
Organizes training for new hires and maintains ongoing coaching and training for the team
Maintains an accurate understanding of business rules, filings and company guidelines and effectively communicates these to the team
Responsible for handling staff disciplinary, attendance, timeliness, licensing, and scheduling matters
Builds and maintains business relationships with prompt and accurate service in escalated situations
Observes, evaluates, and reports on the performance of the team and the individual team members
Recognizes business needs as a priority and instills this as a team philosophy
Works with the Policy Administration Manager to develop procedures
Implements quality assurance procedures, striving for continual improvement and efficiency
Utilizes software for tracking and gathering of information and generating reports
Acts as positive role model to include exceptional adherence to attendance and timeliness
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills
Advanced computer and internet skills (including MS Office)
Professional in action and appearance
Proactive with self-development
Flexible with work hours and assignments
Clear, concise oral and written communication skills
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
3 to 5 years in a leadership role within the homeowners insurance industry required
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance 2-20 License required
