Description: The Assistance Programs Customer Service Center Supervisor is a licensed provider and is responsible for the daily supervision of the AP (EAP) Counselors and Intake Specialists in a 24/7 health care environment. Responsible for the strategic planning and on-going development of all quality assurance programs, Contact Center Optimization, and team member performance. Develops and maintains relationships with service line management and key clients. Responsible for meeting appropriate staffing levels, meeting optimization parameters, data reporting, proactive team development initiatives, and identifying ways in which customer service and customer satisfaction can be enhanced.
