Description :
The Training & Development Manager at MyCare Medical will lead and develop all training programs for all employees throughout the organization. Work with both operational leaders and the central business office leaders to ensure all staff members are trained appropriately to be successful.
The successful candidate would have 1 year of Medical Office and Medical Assistant experience
Requirements
You will create, implement, and train processes and programs to ensure the staff in current markets and emerging markets are fully prepared for successful operations
Secures needed resources and establishes/verifies key performance indicators to ensure readiness
Leads the transition to ongoing processes throughout the organization
Supports Area Directors, Office Managers, Medical Assistant, Front Office, and Referrals. Also supports Billing, MRA, and other central office staff.
Develop and review the skills checklist/core competencies with each new hire and current staff to ensure they are fully competent and trained to the go no go standard
Reinforces training and audit staff for effective workflow competencies and will be expected to monitor outcomes
Focuses on continuous learning for all center associates and acts as a coach/super user
Collaborate with new Market Implementation Teams and current Market Leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Must have at least 2 years experience training clinic office staff
Strong clinical and technical aptitude
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Presentations in a business setting
A high level of engagement and emotional intelligence
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving continuous improvement
