This position is responsible for various Treasury and other related functions for PSCU. The individual will be the owner of investment analysis and reporting of PSCU’s daily/monthly cash position, along with variance analysis and bank fee analysis. They will support Optis prefunding and ACH prefunding to ensure adequate settlement funding and working capital for PSCU. They will also assist the manager in providing guidance and managerial advice to all levels of management regarding corporate cash and contribute to the monthly close and reconciliation process for Treasury Operations. Role Responsibilities

Analyze, review, compile and create the daily and monthly variance analysis of PSCU, by company, to ensure that senior management has accurate data to make current and long-term critical business decisions.
Ensure investments are recorded properly per GAAP.
Perform quarterly reporting on the financial health of our banking relationships to ensure we comply with our investment policy.
Assist in the administration of the Line of Credit $200M to ensure that PSCU is aligned with both affirmative and negative covenants to ensure there is no evidence of default in our loan documents.
Contribute to the completion of the quarterly compliance certificate and assist the manager in taking advantage of the one-time add-backs for EBITDA.
Audit Treasury functions include general ledger posting, explanations, and bank confirmations.
Assist in the management of our corporate card program, work on process improvements that will ensure ease of use for our employees, and evaluate our financial results.
Assist management in closing general ledger monthly; research and resolve complex and critical issues involving departmental processes and procedures.
Ensure proper billing of pass-thru revenue and suspense account activity.
Assist manager with +$21M Visa/MC incentive calculation and forecasting and ensure we maintain contract requirements and the support Vendor Management group.
Interact professionally with PSCU external/internal customers (Visa/MC, FIs, corporate card users) to continuously improve service standards and ongoing relations.
Provide support to the Accounting team and outside auditing firm during the annual audit.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements Education Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience

Three (3) years of experience in either Accounting or general financial operations.
Experience in data mining, data warehouse, Access, Excel, and reporting required.
General knowledge of investment/cash flow required.
Industry knowledge preferred.
Pay Equity PSCU is committed to pay equity and a competitive benefits package. The typical annual hiring range for this position based on relevant experience and internal equity is: $60,500.00 to $88,700.00 *Note: T he amount shown is based on full time annual salary and would be prorated based on role.
