Note: Travel is required as needed (approximately 50%). This position can be remote or in any of our Harris offices.
This role will:
Leads all new name Sales activity across the group to ensure achievement of sales plan.
Collaborate with Operations and other departments to ensure all “pre-sale and post-sale hand-off” activities are executed seamlessly.
Develops quota, commission plans for team, booking forecast and P&L for a rolling 18-month forecast.
Coach Account Executives in qualifying opportunities and prospects.
Manages the performance and development of all sales professionals within the group.
Establish competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns. Sales of emerging products/services. Develop or facilitate the development of Marketing Content with cost-effective solutions.
Works with HR: hiring, coaching, motivating, employee relations, and training of team.
What we are looking for:
5 years of Sales Leadership experience, experience in software and services sales preferred.
Knowledge of sales trends, industry standards, and success strategies for a Challenger sales organization.
Effective leadership skills to include decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.
Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.
Creative spark and ability to understand effective marketing.
What will make you stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
Previous sales experience and success marketing software solutions to Local Government; particularly Land Records (Clerks & Recorders, Auditors, Register of Deeds etc).
Proven ability to manage the financial aspect of a team- OPEX, P&L
Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously.
Ability to manage a WordPress form, or other public site tools on the web.
