What youâll learn & achieve::
Attend and complete New staff Training, acquire process skills and qualification
Receive projects for processing back-office work from various functions and Industries. Upon receipt of the request, review project details to ensure readiness of information to process the project. Independently process projects following appropriate work instructions/ SOP
Independently handle non-technical requests coming from different processes/ functions.
Proactively works with the Engineering/ Customer Service/ Sales staff on missing information obtain clarifications, if any to complete assigned task/ project.
Assemble Certification documents for distribution to UL customers, Field Engineering Services.
Identify the job/ task type and associated special handling requirements and process the task as necessary, follow work instructions, if any upfront.
Establishes relationship between Customer account that is, File-Volume-Manufacturer-Category of product with accuracy. This will have cascading impact on mark integrity program/ Field Service Inspections.
Uses system software and tools for document management, correspondence and File management. Create/ Update Certificate of Compliance and profile to DMS. Update and enable customers to access documents online via Product-iQ.
Update Online Certification Directory using various tools. Preform quality checks on all work to assure accuracy.
Notify Service Contract team and Multiple listing team as appropriate
Be a change agent, actively participate in Business Transformation efforts and Continuous Improvement initiatives that drives quality and efficiency
Performance measurements include, but not limited to, quality accuracy and task completion goals.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for discrepancies then respond timely and appropriately to customer needs, ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Supports and enhances the overall UL experience for UL Mark Certification Work. Maintains certification reports, updated customer and account information. Performs fast and accurately process Projects as outlined in the Work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
No external customer contact, internal request clarification only.
Performs other duties as required.
What makes you a great fit::
University degree or Diploma is required
IT or other basic computer knowledge will be added advantage, freshers are welcome to apply
Shall be well versed with MS word and should have good Typing skills
Applicant must possess strong communication skills, critical thinking and interpretation skills
Demonstrate the ability to balance support of new initiatives as well as repetitive day to day tasks without sacrificing quality
Must work well independently and actively engage in team discussions; providing feedback when applicable
