We are now adding more hands to our team in Bengaluru, India.Job briefSriMandir is truly a product for Bharat, for an audience that is interested in devotion and spirituality and is looking for new ways to engage in their devotional journeys. Our audience is present across Sharechat, Facebook and Youtube. An ideal social media manager should be able to empathise with the users of our app – SriMandir and should maintain engagement with our potential users through highly creative content.ResponsibilitiesBuild visibility on platforms such as Sharechat, Moj, MX Takatak, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.Create ideas and concepts for the platformWork with the content team and the design team to build content on the shortlisted conceptsPublish the content on these platforms to garner love from the usersCommunicate with the followers and respond to their queries on our social mediaIterate on the concepts to generate more visibility and virality of our contentWork towards the ultimate KPI – to increase the views of SriMandir branded content across platformsRequirements1-5 years of experience in Social Media Management for an organisationUnderstanding of the Hindi speaking audience and their behaviour. Past experience of working with a similar audience would be preferredUnderstanding of content – graphics, video and text.
