Position Overview
In this newly created Organic Content Creator role, you’ll be the primary creator and editor responsible for making organic & social content for our clients’ social and earned media channels. You will sit within the client services team and collaborate closely with account managers, designers, and others. Often you will plan collaboration with our client’s in-house creative counterparts. Your creativity, production abilities and passion for planning and creating content will be critical to our clients’ success.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to regular ideation that yields, engaging content strategies that are in line with brand objectives and brand guidelines
Partner closely with the Account Manager to understand the clients’ goals and strategy. Turn these learnings into a content strategy that grows the brand’s awareness and engagement
Create social-first content in support of marketing objectives
Collaborate with various team members as needed to bring your content strategy to life
Simultaneously manage multiple projects at various stages while meeting delivery dates
Present trending, forward-thinking ideas that can apply to cross-channel campaigns
Spearhead content innovation
Skills:
Conceptual thinking and ideating
Elevated, organic style of art direction and photography
Proficiency in video production and editing, including native and emerging social formats
Social storytelling and copywriting
Expert, active understanding of social media content and trends (including organic specs, best practices, formats, and editing styles)
Excellent project management and organization
Proactively manage a changing workload with a positive, resourceful attitude
Graphic design and animation skills are a plus
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years creating original social content, ideally within an agency setting
Comfortable shaping and steering ideas from concept to execution, including pre-production work like storyboarding, prop selection, and producttion planning
Track record of creating high-quality social content that generates results. A portfolio of recent work and results is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,500.00 – $65,500.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
