This role will report to the VP of Process Improvement and will support strategic projects for the company. You will work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor and report on project progress, assist in validating data, develop and execute testing plans, and assist in end user training. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.Essential Functions:* *Keep track of and report on project progress

Assist in the configuration of new and existing software* *Provide quality assurance of imported data
*
Assist in the development and execution of testing plans* *Troubleshooting the environment and reports
*
Identify potential problems and assist in developing solutions* *Develop training materials
*
Train end users on system functionality and process changes* *Perform administrative tasks such as reviewing invoices and scheduling meetings
*
Research information to support other teams and departments as needed* *Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: *
*
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college* *Work experience as a an Assistant Project Manager or in a related field
*
Ability to work with stakeholders* *Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
*
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* *Ability to meet critical deadlines
*
Experience in analyzing data* *Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*
