Description :
STABIL Concrete Products, LLC is looking for quality oriented Precast Concrete production workers for full time positions in St. Petersburg.
These positions support all aspects of a safe and efficient manufacturing operation of architectural concrete panels.
Work experience as: fiber glass workers, precast concrete, carpenters, machine operators, general factory workers or similar experience.
Qualifications / Requirements:
· Knowledge of the production process for Precast concrete or willingness to be trained.
· Demonstrated ability to follow directions and work with your team to achieve key production goals in a timely manner.
· Must have good hands coordination, attention to details and be quality oriented.
· Must be able to safely use: Power tools, hand tools, construction tools and equipment.
· Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
· We are willing to provide extensive training to the right candidates.
· Able to sit, squat, stretch and work in awkward positions for extended periods of time.
· Must be able to work in hot and dusty environment for extended periods of time.
· Must have pride on workmanship.
· Good communication skills, reliable, accountable
· Salary is commensurate with experience and skills.
